This return policy only covers Pure Hydration units purchased from Purelife, LLC via the eCommerce site Liveright.world.  Purchaser must retain the original sales receipt and have purchased the unit from LiveRight.world.  All returns will be processed directly from the manufacturer, Cosan/USA® in accordance with the following guidelines:

We are confident in our Pure Hydration water ionizer and we proudly offer:

  1. A 30-Day money back guarantee from date of delivery on NEW, unopened units where Purelife will return to the purchaser 100% of the purchase price less the actual cost for original shipping and handling for unopened units in like new condition. Product must be returned undamaged and in original shipping carton as received from manufacturer.
  2. A 30 day money back guarantee from date of delivery on USED units where Purelife will return to the purchaser 100% of the purchase price less the actual cost for original shipping and handling, and less the actual cost of $125 for the filter pack which is non-reusable. DO NOT return used filtration cartridges.

Purelife does not accept returns after 30-days from date of delivery at which time all sales become final. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Please DO NOT return used filters with any Pure Hydration unit being returned.

DIRECTIONS FOR UTILIZING OUR RETURN POLICY

Purchaser must contact Purelife Customer Service and provide proof of purchase within the product 30-day return time period. For all Pure Hydration purchase returns within 30-days from date of delivery, Purelife will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be included with the unit being returned.
